Chiro-Health USA:  For uninsured, underinsured or patients with limitations in their health plans.  Become a member of Chiro-Health USA and you will be eleigible for discounted fees.  Your membership is just $39.00 a year and it includes you and your dependants.  Chiro-Health USA has additional discounts for family members.  For more information on Chiro-Health USA, give them a call 1-888 719-9990 or www.chirohealthusa.com.

Medicare:  We will bill your Medicare.  Medicare only pays for Acute treatments including a program to get the patient back to pre-acute status.  Medicare covers a portion of the Chiropractic adjustment and does not cover the Exam or X-rays.  Each patient has a yearly Medicare deductible.

Insurance:   We will gladly process your insurance claims for you as a courtesy.  Dr. Wiley is a preferred provider for many Insurance Companies.  Your portion of your claim will be due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.  Most chiropractic procedures are not covered 100% and will requite payment of your estimated portion.  Our office understands the value of insurance benefits to our patient and will gladly work with you to help you get the maximum benefit available to you.
