PMS and MENSTRUAL CRAMPS
PMS and MENSTRUAL CRAMPS
The University of Columbia Study set out to find any commonality of PMS Symptoms and came up with nothing.  They studied 200 patients over a three year period and found some 130 symptoms.  Their conclusion:  PMS was not a treatable condition.
The solution lies not in studying the symptoms but in studying the body for normal function and physiology.  What is not normal and feed the body with what it needs to return to normal physiology and homeostasis.
By using the Challenge Test and gathering the additional data from objective lab results and Signs and Symptoms Survey the provider can look at what your body is calling for and make the appropriate recommendations.
What we are looking for is what is normal.  What is not normal?  Then feed the body toward normal.
